If paying by credit card (MC, VISA, Discover, or AMEX), click on the “Make A Secure Payment” button on our Home page. You may also call Tournament Pros (800-790-4653).
Call your sales rep. If you tell anyone else at Tournament Pros besides your sales rep, we cannot guarantee that the changes you requested will be made in time for your tournament.
We try and ship everything out one week prior to your event, as long as we have all the necessary information from you 2-3 weeks before the event.
We must be notified within 24 hours of your golf tournament. We will then send you the paperwork that must be filled out. It normally takes 4-6 weeks to receive the prize from the time that the form is sent back to us.
You should have received rules from us when you purchased your contest (usually sent through email). Double check the email that we sent you. If you did not receive the rules, please contact your sales rep.
Improper following of the rules by the Tournament director is usually what disqualifies a player from receiving the prize. If you have any questions about the rules of your contest, after reading the rules, please contact your sales rep prior to your golf tournament. You don’t want to have to explain to the winner of the million dollar shot why they can’t receive their million dollars because you didn’t follow the rules! By the way, one of the rules for the million dollar shot is that it MUST be videotaped!
It depends on the changes. If the change requires us to ship an item out to you, then 5 business days prior to your event. If it does not require shipment, then 1 business day prior to your event. Make sure you contact your sales rep!
You can cancel any time before the tournament for a full refund. If you cancel after the date of your tournament, you may not get a refund. Either way, contact your sales rep.
Contact your sales rep. If you are postponing your tournament, we can simply change the date of your contest for the new day. If you are canceling, you will receive a full refund, as long as you contact us the day of the tournament.
