So, where to start? Easy peasy; who should you ask to be on the organizing committee? Yes…you need help! There’s power in people!
All of whom should have connections and contacts of their own that can lead to more golfers, sponsors, prizes, donations, etc. etc. etc.
Next up…a set of goals to guide everyone’s efforts: # of golfers, amount to be raised, how many sponsors (note to self; as many as possible), etc. etc. etc. Now you’re ready to focus on all that goes on the day of the event; volunteers needed, registration, contest package, player gifts, raffle prizes, auction items, etc. etc. etc. As you can see…there’s a lot to be done, so why not start now!
